Update Activity Summary & Expanded Data Fields

To Update Activity Summary, follow the steps outlined below:

  1. Access the Activity Card by clicking on the preferred Activity in the Activity List Panel. The Activity Card Panel appears on the right side of the screen.

  2. From the Summary tab, click the edit button at the bottom of the Activity Card to edit activity information.

  3. Edit the Activity Location if necessary.

    1. Click Save And Next to advance to Offices

    2. Click Save And Close to save location edits and close

  4. Edit the Office if needed

    1. Click Save And Next to advance to Activity Summary

    2. Click Save And Close to save edits and close

  5. Edit Activity Summary as necessary and

    1. Click Save And Next to continue to the Expanded Data Fields

    2. Click Save And Close to save the edits and close.

  6. Edit the Expanded Data Fields as necessary and click Save And Close to save edits

The fields displayed on the Summary Step and in the Expanded Data Fields will change based on the Activity Category/Activity Type selected.
