Forest Action Plan 2020
The Forest Action Plan is key to the success of the State and Private Forestry (S&PF) Redesign Initiative, launched in 2008, in response to increasing pressure and decreasing health of our nation’s forests and the services they provide. At the state level, forest action plans are used to target program delivery and management (priority landscapes). At a national level, the analysis and planning communicate state forest issues to partners in Congress and other federal agencies.
This report contains the complete set of data used to inform the assessment, as well as, the process we followed and a list of the people we engaged.
