Reviewing a Request (Approve or Deny)
To review an account request, follow the steps outlined below:
Open the User Manager application.
Open the Request List by selecting Account Requests in the left sidebar navigation.
Click the icon next to the user whose request you would like to review.
You will be taken the review request screen, where you will be able to review the information submitted by the user, as well as, approve or deny their request.
You can also edit any information about this user, such as the role you would like to apply to them by clicking the Edit button before approving or denying their request.
To either approve or deny the account request, click the Approve or Deny button location in the Request Status section of review request screen.
If a user is approved, they will receive an email confirming their approval. If the user is denied, they will not be notified.
Next, click the Edit button at the bottom of the page to enable editing of the user’s profile.
Change user’s role (if necessary) and check the Active box to activate the user in the system.
Press Save to save all changes
