New Update Schedule

  • Starting in 2024 move to a set update schedule of every six months

  • Allows for a more focused and consistent effort around developer resource allocations and deliveries

  • Change application framework that leads to improved functionality, easier maintenance and and consistency

  • Development team has changed to using sprints to better structure and prioritize development work

    • This will change the cadence of development but lead to better outcomes

Change Requests and Tasks

  1. Rule of thumb:

    1. Requests for changes and tasks should be entered no later than two months prior to planned release date.

    2. This will allow for any clarifications and testing to be done before changes are deployed

  2. Tickets:

    1. Please submit new feature requests or changes via the service desk using the “New Feature” issue type

    2. When submitting a ticket separate each issue into its own ticket. This makes tracking progress much easier and more accurate
