Creating a New Project

The functionality available to the user is based on the user’s role and permissions.

To create a new Project, follow the steps outlined below:

  1. From any page, click Create in the upper right corner

  1. Click New Project

  2. Complete all required fields highlighted in red in the Details Overview panel

  3. Click Next

  4. Select the Project Location by using the Search bar or pan/zoom the map to click on the map and select the Project Location.

  5. If necessary, add a Landowner by clicking the Add Landowner modal.

  6. If necessary, add a Funding Source

    1. Click Add Source to add a Funding Source to the Activity and then use the drop-down lists to select f the Account Number and Subaccount Number.

    2. If needed, click Create Funding to create a new Funding Source in Planner.

  7. Click Save
